Do the miniatures come assembled?

All our miniatures are delivered printed and unpainted, ready to sand, clean of supports, and paint. Some large pieces may come in multiple parts to facilitate shipping and painting.

Are they compatible with Warhammer?

Yes. All our miniatures are designed in 28–32mm scale, the same used by Games Workshop for Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, and The Old World. They are fully compatible as proxies or for collection use.

What material do you use?

We print exclusively in high-quality UV curable photopolymer resin, which allows for a much higher level of detail than plastic or FDM. The pieces are more rigid and durable than traditional two-component resin.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Contact us through our Contact page or our social media and tell us what you have in mind. We do conversions, custom bases, and custom sculptures.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination: Peninsular Spain 2–4 days, Europe 5–10 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us before sending the package back.

How should I clean the miniatures before painting?

We recommend washing the miniatures with warm water and soap before painting to remove any resin residue or support liquid. Prime with primer before applying acrylic paint.
